Most alterations are ready within 7 to 10 days from the date you dropped them off. however if you’re in a pinch and are in need of last minute alterations we can probably help with our express service, turning around your alterations as quickly as you need them. 3 days, two days, and even same day for most of our alteration services. Please note there is an expedited service fee that applies for rush tailoring. This turn around time DOES NOT include formal dresses and gowns. Formal dresses and gowns (Wedding, Bridesmaid, Prom, etc) will take longer,
Yes, We understand that your time and comfort is important and we’d be happy to work around your schedule. You can choose for our skilled team to arrive at your location, providing you with a personalized and convenient experience tailored to your needs and from the comfort of your home or office. You may also choose to visit our Alteration shop in Kissimmee Fl. *Please note that at-home service fees apply. They are non-refundable and do not include any alteration costs.

Yes, take walk-Ins. We understand that life is busy, sometimes you may only have a few minutes to pop in. This is why we gladly accept walk-ins. Our team is happy to help you as soon as you walk in the door.
When you drop your items off, we will give you a date & time that your alterations will be ready. In addition, we send you a text the moment your alterations are ready for pickup. If you have not received a text, then it is safe to assume your items are not ready yet.
We hope that you can pick up your alterations as soon as possible so you can enjoy your newly altered items immediately! But we do understand sometimes that is not possible. We just ask that if you are going to be longer than a week or two retrieving your items that you notify us so we can store them separately for you. However, we do ask that if at all possible, all items are picked up within 30 days of completion as we are not responsible for items left longer than 30 days.
